1 – Catalog

1.1 Do you have a paper catalog ?

Every year we publish a paper catalog, available on request but we have even better ! An e-catalogue updated regularly with the latest product developments, and clickable links to order directly online.

1.2 Is it possible to download your catalog on the website ?

Yes, once you click on the link to our e-catalogue, you can download it in PDF format.

2.1 Do you deliver outside France ?

Yes, we deliver in the French overseas departments and territories, in Europe and internationally. 

2.2 What are the shipping costs ?

Different shipping costs are available depending on your location and choice of carrier

  • In-Store pick-up : Freet
  • Relay parcel : 9,90€
  • At home (Tracked letter - Chronopost) : 5€ / 11,50€

-    Europe

  • Home delivery : Between 35€ et 45€

Nb : The cockpit cushion has a minimum delivery charge of 10,50€ (important shipping volume). - Delivery of this product only in Europe.

2.3 What are your delivery times ?

For France, the delivery time is 24 hours with Chronopost and 48 to 72 hours with Colissimo. For Europe, delivery in 2 to 5 days*. For French overseas departments and territories, delivery in 5 to 7 days*.

5.1 How do I know where my order is ?

You can follow the preparation of your order directly on the Chronopost website with the tracking number you received by email when your order was sent. 

5.2 I have just received my package, and a product is missing or damaged, what should I do ?

Please contact our customer service to declare the missing product. After verification, we can proceed to send the missing product. Do not forget to specify your order number in your correspondence.
