Shipping and returns

Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Chronopost with tracking and drop-off without signature. With Chronopost services, you will benefit from personalised tracking and parcels will be delivered without a signature. 

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are adequately protected.

Returning your parcel

You will be responsible for the transport costs of any returned products. The return will be reimbursed once the goods have been checked.
