Versatile Textile Barber-hauler | Sprit-Loop Nodusfactory
Le Sprit-Loop: L'Estrope Volante Haute Performance by Nodus Factory Discover the Sprit-Loop , a hybrid textile rigging solution designed to offer total freedom in your deck settings. Inspired by the kinematics of the livarde and the efficiency of modern barbers-haulers , this product combines a technical estrope, a T-close textile connector and, optionally, a low-friction ring or a pulley . Whether for use at the mast foot, on a fargue track or as a trim hoist for headsails, the Sprit-Loop is the essential tool for optimizing your pulling angles without the weight or constraints of traditional metal fittings.
C-Tech® carbon friction rings, Nodus Factory™ are very light, reliable and highly resistant to friction for dynamic use. Essential aboard your sailboat with our textile connectors "Loops, Lock,..." to be able to optimize your deck plan for greater safety and performance. Carbon rings are around 10 times lighter than aluminum rings and 6 times lighter than steel rings. This lightness is a major advantage in applications where weight is a limiting factor, such as sailing or aviation.
Through-hull friction ring for gluing - Hull-Ring®
Hull-Ring® is a low-friction through-hull ring designed to be bonded directly to laminate hulls, bulkheads and decks. Key features: "Drill, glue, sail...". Material: PA11 carbon, offering good strength and lightness. Installation: Direct bonding to laminate surfaces. Low friction: Designed to minimize friction losses when passing ropes. Versatile use: Can be used as a chainplate, pass-through spinner or pad-eye (with a dog bone).
Wichard FRX friction rings are simple, highly resistant and therefore designed for heavy loads or light traffic: backstays, mainsail lowers, barberhaulers.... It's also a compact, lightweight, non-aggressive piece of rigging for your deck, your mainsail lazy-ropes... Wichard has maximized the lifespan of its FRX ring range thanks to: - a shape optimized for rope circulation, - the treatment of aluminum by hard anodizing to 50 microns. .
Low Friction ring | Fr I-Tech® Dynamic
I-Tech® Nodusfactory low-friction rings are self-lubricating, very light and resistant to dynamic friction. They can be used in a wide range of dynamic applications with all types of ropes, they have a longer lifetime than metal and are 80% lighter! +/- 6900 hours under continuous friction +/- 200,000 halyard transmissions, tacking, sail trimming, etc. The best glide isn't smooth! Material: I-TECH | Lubricating thermoplastic polymer (recyclable)
Friction ring 70 mm / 28 mm black R28.20 | Antal
Designed for static-load applications, the Antal low-friction ring features simple design and low weight. It offers optimum performance in hoist and stunt mounts, particularly for boom vang, backstay or genoa trimming. Used in high-strength aluminum, the ring receives a polished hard-anodized surface treatment, ensuring maximum reduction of the coefficient of friction and enhanced wear resistance.
Extra-Wide Guide Ring for Halyard and Sheet | C-Tech XL® Carbon
The C-Tech XL ring is an ultra-lightweight maneuvering guide designed for deck plan organization. Ideal as a sheet support, a line guide or a mast guide, it keeps your ropes in position without taking up too much space. Caution: This product is a holding guide and not a structural friction ring designed to take heavy loads.
Friction ring 20 mm / 8 mm ORANGE | ALLEN
Aluminum high-load friction rings (also known as low-friction rings, drop rings, lead rings, hard eyes or simply lugs) are an excellent alternative to traditional blocks, especially for applications requiring high static load capacity.
Friction ring pulley | Hook-Nub
The Hook-Nub® pulley is a low-friction, high-load pulley for ropes from 6 mm to 16 mm maximum. It offers a unique combination of advantages in terms of performance, durability and ease of use. It is an excellent choice for applications where friction must be minimized and strength maximized. It differs from the Ring-Nub ring in that it has 3 retaining clips for rope or textile connectors on one side.
Low Friction Ring carbon thimble | Friction ring thimble
Reinforced DIN 3091 thimble : performance and durability for your ropes The reinforced DIN 3091 thimble is an essential element for reliable, long-lasting rope connections. Versatile and high-performance, it offers numerous advantages: C-Tech Carbon ring with wide passage for adaptation to all types of ropes Low Friction Self-lubricating C-Tech® technical polyamide for reduced friction and improved performance 30% carbon for increased strength and exceptional longevity Complies with DIN 3091 standard for optimum safety Easy to use, it can be fitted and removed quickly without special tools.
Violin pulley | Mickey-Rings® 3D adjustment
BF-M®, the 3D Mickey-ring fiddle block is a set of 3 connection points, ideal for efficient 3D adjustment of the genoa tack. Lightweight and compact, the multiaxial 3D fiddle block allows perfect alignment of connections at different angles, with each friction ring rotatable and movable (10 times lighter than a pulley), designed for heavy loads.< Easy to set up, this multiaxial 3D friction ring system rotatable up to 180° will produce minimum friction and wear on your ropes. They can be used for just about anything and with any type of rope, although beware that some Technora® ropes have an aggressive grip.
Trapeze spoon in Dyneema®| Textile-Trap®
Trap®, trapeze spoon with low friction ring to facilitate the use of the boom height adjustment (hoist 1/2) The Loop Dyneema® R2 trapeze spoon & Nodus low friction ring made of M3 technical resin is easy to use, very light and resists heavy loads. Material: Dyneema® / UHMWPE / Polymer / PEEK
