Inspired by the kinematics of the livarde and the efficiency of modern barbers-haulers, this product combines a technical estrope, a T-close textile connector and, optionally, a low-friction ring or a pulley.

Whether for use at the mast foot, on a fargue track or as a trim hoist for headsails, the Sprit-Loop is the essential tool for optimizing your pulling angles without the weight or constraints of traditional metal fittings.

The Sprit-Loop is particularly effective for a hale-spinnaker pole (or bowsprit) only low-friction ring version, as it creates a low, powerful and perfectly aligned pulling point, while protecting your deck.

  • T-Close 5 model | 1600 daN

    • Performance: Designed for sail surfaces up to 60 m² (at 180°).

    • Ideal use: Fast cruising and regatta sailboats, perfect for jib barber adjustments or light boom restraints.

  • T-Close 6 model | 2200 daN

    • Performance: Designed for sail surfaces up to 90 m² (at 180°).

    • Ideal use: Larger units requiring high load pick-up for headsail hoists (In-hauler/Out-hauler) or boom vang systems.

1. Modularity and Total Versatility

It's the real "Swiss army knife" of your rigging.

  • Plug & Play : Thanks to the T-close connector, it strikes in seconds on a fargue rail, chainplate, trigger guard Pad-race or even around the mast.

  • Evolutive: Available with a low-friction ring for static adjustments (barber, sprit) or with a pulley for dynamic adjustments (hoists, sheets).

  • Perfect Alignment: Textile estrope allows natural 360° rotation. The pulley or ring always aligns perfectly with the axis of the pull, eliminating twisting forces on the fixed rigging.

  • Unmatched Weight/Strength Ratio: Able to withstand loads of up to 2200 daN (for model T-6), it's ten times lighter than an equivalent stainless steel carabiner and pulley.

  • Zero Intermediate Friction: The use of Dyneema® textile limits elongation under load, ensuring that 100% of your trimming effort is transmitted to the sail.

3. Vessel protection (Soft-Attachment)

  • Deck preservation: Unlike a metal pulley or snap hook, the Sprit-Loop won't scratch the gelcoat, bang against the mast when tacking, or make any noise.

  • Passive safety: In the event of breakage (extreme load), the textile does not project metal fragments hazardous to the crew.

4. Ergonomics and ease of use

  • Intuitive handling: The T-close connector is easy to handle, even with gloves or wet hands. It never jams under tension, and requires no tools.

  • Setting visibility: By "offsetting" the pulling point thanks to the estrope, you clear the view of the deck and prevent your sheets from getting caught in longlines or balconies.

5. Durability and Maintenance

  • Inox-Free: No risk of salt corrosion. The technical fibers and composite materials used are insensitive to UV and aggressive marine environments.

  • Visual inspection: The state of wear of the textile is immediately visible, allowing quick and simple preventive replacement of the estrope if necessary.
