Nodus and tricks
For a professional splicing, respect :
A larger eye increases the strength of the ring, the angle of the splice to the groove will have 15 degrees minimum.
The length of the flat eye must be at least 2.7 times the diameter of the ring groove.
FRPK 10 = 27 mm
FRPK 14 = 38 mm
FRPK 20 = 54 mm
The textile connector for the ring will have minimum 0.6 times the diameter of the groove (loop, shackle, lashing, estrope,...etc) The Ø of the sheet or the halyard will be minimum
